Core Combat Chiang Mai: Core Combat Unlimited is a self-defense and combative martial arts system, combining elements of Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Kali (Filipino Martial Arts), and Indonesian Silat. Through the understanding of empty-hand and weapon-based fighting styles, our goal is to provide the most advanced combat and fitness training regimen in the world, unbounded by limitations. Lead Instructor Sakan Lam is a student under Sifu Kai in the curriculum of Central Motion Martial Arts.

Morning Glory Yoga Studio:  At Morning Glory Studios the practice is an eclectic mix of Hatha Yoga drawn from different schools focused of finding one’s center, strength, and balance within the postures and using modifications to meet each student’s individual needs. By encouraging students to maintain a practice that is both consistent and challenging, Morning Glory Yoga Studios seeks to help our members strengthen both body and mind while promoting a lifestyle of conscious compassion. Morning Glory is the vision of Yoga Teacher Amy Sanford.

Houston Martial Arts Academy: The Houston Martial Arts Academy ("HMAA") specializes in real life self-defense training.  We are dedicated to developing our members' confidence and ability to defend any type of attack at any range. We also make sure to have fun while we are training so that we actually enjoy practicing the techniques, drills and concepts from the martial arts we offer. HMAA is owned and operated by Instructor Jason Evans, under the guidance of Head Instructor Guro Joe Galleon and  Sifu Kai also teaches CMMA curriculum.

The Health Museum of Houston: In the heart of Houston, the Health Museum inspires passion and curiosity in health, the medical sciences and the human body. With over 2.5 million visitors, we are the most interactive and popular science learning center of its kind and a favorite among Houstonians. The Health Museum offers classes in Mindfulness, Tai Chi and Yoga with ongoing installations to help promote health, science and learning.

MD Anderson Cancer Hospital:  At MD Anderson, there's more to cancer care than medications and therapies. As a comprehensive cancer center, we offer support and educational programs that help you deal with emotional and physical effects of your disease and prepare for a healthier life after treatment. Integrative and complementary therapies: We provide therapies that help relieve pain and stress while promoting a sense of calm and well-being. Among these are yoga/tai chi classes, meditation sessions, oncology massage, acupuncture and music therapy.

Pralaya Yoga Studio: Pralaya Yoga is the brain child of Robert Boustany. After years of personal practice, he began teaching yoga during his studies of Physics at Rice University in Houston, Texas. Robert's passion for all aspects of yoga led him to develop the innovative, insightful, evolutionary, cutting-edge yoga that is Pralaya Yoga.  This system of yoga and breathwork was created to support joint longevity and increase energy levels by maximizing the activation of muscles, organs, and energy systems. It applies an academic approach to evolving traditional yoga techniques with the aim of addressing health and wellness issues due the modern lifestyle. 

Baylor College of Medicine:  Baylor College of Medicine is a health sciences university that creates knowledge and applies science and discoveries to further education, healthcare and community service locally and globally Respect is a core value at Baylor College of Medicine. It sets the standard for how we treat each other. Respect fosters collaborative research, compassionate patient care and a safe and supportive learning and work environment.
