Tai Chi Spring Break

Come join us for a whole week of Tai Chi Fundamentals at the Health Museum Houston. We will be working on basics of Yiquan: Alignment, Breath, Mind Intent within the Postures, Tai Chi Walking Meditation and introducing Tai Chi Yang Style Form. The Spring Break Tai Chi weeks goes from Mon the 12th to Fri the 16th, 11-3pm.
