Practical self-defense techniques, movement drills and breath work to help men, women and young adults deal with conflict situations encountered everyday. Open to all levels of experience and styles. HMAA Instructors Jason & Kai will be teaching combative concepts and techniques from Escrima, Tae Kwon Do and Silat.
